Indirect lighting is a nice way to bring light into a room in a special way. Depending on the design and size of the room, indirect lighting can also be used as the main light source. It is also perfect for stylishly illuminating individual areas.
The TuneLight LED system offers a complete package for indirect lighting in your four walls. You can easily bring these into the room with any light profile. Decorative profiles that are open to the wall or ceiling are best suited for indirect lighting in order to achieve a light emission to the desired area.
For this, an aluminum profile is first glued into the trim to prevent the light from shining through the trim. The aluminum profiles also make it easier to install the LED strips. Then the LED flex boards are placed in the aluminum profiles and the upper plastic cover is attached to achieve a uniform light. The LED flex boards can be shortened every 5 cm so that they can be individually cut to the required length.
The lighting system is controlled via a radio remote control. A maximum of 4 controls can be operated at the same time. The remote control can be used to dim the light and adjust the color from cold white to warm white depending on the desired atmosphere. However, it is recommended to connect the lighting technology to a switchable socket so that you can switch it on and off using a light switch and then dim the light individually using the remote control. Please note that this should be done by an electrician.
When installing the lighting technology, work should always start from a corner so that it does not have to be routed through the corner. All corners should be as identical as possible in order to achieve uniform illumination of the light. The temperature range for the use of lighting technology is -10 °C to max. 40 °C.
The maximum run length of an LED flex board is 5 meters. If a longer distance in one direction is required, the 200 W system controller should be used, since it has two outputs. So you can connect the first 5 meters of the LED flex board to the first output and the second 5 meters of the LED flex board together with an extension cable to the second output. This means that continuous lighting of up to 10 meters from a power source can be achieved.
For the installation of the profiles it should be kept a certain distance from the ceiling,, so that the effect of indirect lighting really comes into its own.
