Germany:
UPS Standard Delivery
After receipt of the money on our account, the goods will be sent to you. You will then receive the goods within a very short time from e.g. UPS. In order to have the goods delivered as quickly as possible, we recommend the payment methods PayPal and Sofortüberweisung. You can find the exact delivery times next to the product.
The payment method prepayment is the fastest way to arrange the dispatch as soon as possible after PayPal and Sofortüberweisung. We will arrange for the goods to be dispatched after the money has been credited to our account (please note that the duration of a transfer can vary from bank to bank).

Express delivery:
Please note that express deliveries can only be dispatched on the same day if we receive the order by 10:00 am (MON-FRI). Please note the price table.

Sending back
Transportable goods have to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the costs of returning, if the delivered goods match the ordered items and if the price of the items is not more than the amount of 40 euros or if you are at a higher price and have not paid the contractually agreed payment. Otherwise the return is free for you. If the goods are not transportable they will be picked up from you.
The above-mentioned formulations are not a prerequisite for the effective execution of the Right of Withdrawal.

By selecting the payment method PayPal Plus you have the choice of different payment options.

Sofortüberweisung is a direct transfer method. Make a comfortable transfer with your online banking account with Sofortüberweisung while ordering. Please have your online banking data (PIN / TAN) ready. When the payment is complete the goods will be shipped and the delivery takes place in 2-3 workdays.
After receipt invoice amount of your order the goods will be sent to you.

When we receive the payment on our account, the goods will be shipped.
Amazon Pay is a safe and convenient online payment service. Your shipping and payment information will be automatically transferred from your Amazon account. So, you not need re-enter your payment information and also have the option by credit card or debit card to pay in our shop. The invoice take place by Amazon.
Pay cash on collection
Visit us in Reken and pick up your merchandise from us. Then you canpay the goods received by cash or debit at our store.
