Right of cancellation

You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax or e-mail) or by returning the item. The period begins with the receipt of this notification, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial shipment) and also not before we fulfill our information obligations under article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 passage 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations according to § 312g passage 1 sentence 1 BGB 2 in conjunction with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. For keeping the revocation period it is sufficient to send the revocation in time.

The right does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. carpets, wallpapers and curtains available by the meter, this means especially: tailored, or stitched fabrics) or which by their nature can not be returned or can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would pass. (BGB §312d 4, 4.1)
A partial revocation of single elements of a position is not possible. Miscalculations do not entitle to return single pieces of an article, for example 2 mouldings when 4 mouldings where ordered. A partial revocation will only be accepted if all of the elements, e.g. the entire quantity of an item will be sent back to us.

Consequences of cancellation:
In case of a cancellation, the mutually received benefits and pulled uses (e.g. interest rates or use benefits) have to be returned. If you can not return the received items in whole or only in deteriorated condition, you will be obliged to pay compensation. For the deterioration of the goods you must pay compensation only if the deterioration is due to a handling with the goods, beyond the consideration of the characteristics and functionality. “Testing the characteristics and functionality" refers to the testing and evaluation of the respective goods, as it is possible and common in a shop.

If you withdraw from this contract, we give you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than that offered by us, cheap Standard have), and must be repaid immediately at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice is received through your cancellation of this contract with us.
For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case you will be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You have to return the goods promptly and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract with original packaging to us or to pass. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods, if the deterioration in value is due to a not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods dealing with them.
